Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR, recruiting, and hiring decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the tool fits into existing hiring workflows and address user questions.
• Gather and relay feedback to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with a passion for recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
