About the role

Be You Clinic is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our on‑site team in Dubai. You will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent for our aesthetic and healthcare services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies for multiple open positions.
• Post job advertisements on relevant platforms and manage applicant tracking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, provide regular status updates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best‑practice recruitment processes.
• Organizational skills to manage several vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
