About the role

Flowmingo is looking for experienced HR and recruitment professionals to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. This is a flexible, commission‑only role where you introduce the Flowmingo interview platform to your network of HR leaders, recruiters, and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and address user questions.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
