Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with contacts in HR and recruitment, explaining its benefits and fit within hiring workflows.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform can improve hiring speed and fairness.
• Provide feedback from the field to help refine the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule.
