About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers within your network, helping them improve hiring efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Share the Flowmingo platform with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution integrates into existing hiring workflows and address user questions.
• Collect feedback from prospects to inform product improvements.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active, well‑maintained network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HR technology and recruitment processes.
