About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers within your network, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR and recruiting contacts in your professional network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in flexible, high‑reward, performance‑based work.
