About the role

We are looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
Facilitate introductions and explain how the platform fits into existing hiring workflows.
Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
Earn commissions for each successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting experience.
Active network of hiring managers, recruiters or HR leaders.
Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
