About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR leaders, recruiters and hiring decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce the Flowmingo platform to contacts in HR, recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and address questions from prospects.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
