About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This part‑time, commission‑only position lets you leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting teams, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Help prospective users understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and share feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding bonus for your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
