Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

The role supports sourcing and end‑to‑end recruitment of Emirati candidates and coordinates their integration and development across business units. It also drives university engagement and internship programmes in line with Emiratization commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment cycle for Emirati candidates, from role briefing to onboarding handover.
• Build and maintain relationships with UAE universities, organise campus events and maintain a qualified Emirati candidate database.
• Track and report Emiratization hiring progress against NAFIS targets and prepare regular dashboards.
• Manage induction schedules, follow‑up on new joiner integration and support probationary reviews.
• Coordinate the Emirati internship programme, monitor intern development and produce progress reports.
• Assist with training needs analysis for Emirati employees and consolidate development priorities.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in talent acquisition, talent development or related HR role, preferably with Emiratization exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Familiarity with NAFIS and UAE Emiratization regulations.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of recruitment and HR systems such as ORC and Oracle HCM.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities with academic institutions and government entities.
