Talent Acquisition Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to support our client’s catering and hospitality business. The successful candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless experience for hiring managers and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for operational and corporate positions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Develop relationships with candidates, agencies and recruitment partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and produce regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in catering, hospitality or F&B.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE/GCC is an advantage.
