Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading construction and contracting company in the UAE to find a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for corporate, technical, engineering, project management and site‑based functions, driving talent strategies that support rapid project growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for all positions across the organization.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business and project plans.
• Partner with business leaders, department heads and project teams to forecast hiring needs.
• Manage recruitment for engineering, project management, commercial, HSE, procurement and site operations roles.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Develop sourcing plans using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals and agencies.
• Ensure timely vacancy closure while maintaining quality‑of‑hire standards.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance market presence.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, KPIs and market trends to improve effectiveness.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, universities and industry bodies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Lead, mentor and develop the recruitment team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 12–15 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 8 years in construction or contracting within the UAE/GCC.
• Proven track record in high‑volume recruitment and workforce planning.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE construction talent market.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for face‑to‑face interviews.
