About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our Human Capital team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top‑tier healthcare professionals across clinical and non‑clinical functions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage nursing professionals, physicians, and healthcare management talent.
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand talent needs.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability to attract high‑caliber clinical and non‑clinical talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Results‑driven with a track record of meeting hiring targets.
