Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Dubai

About the role

Valtrans Transportation Systems & Services is seeking a full‑time Recruiter to join its Dubai team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates while supporting the company’s rapid growth in transportation and hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and select candidates for a variety of service‑focused roles.
• Maintain and grow talent pipelines across relevant channels.
• Post job advertisements and organize recruitment events.
• Prepare job offers and support onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Partner with operations and HR teams to anticipate staffing needs and deliver timely hires.

Required profile

• Strong talent acquisition and recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple vacancies.
• Understanding of hospitality, transportation or service‑industry staffing is an advantage.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate in a diverse team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Proficiency in English.
