Talent Acquisition Specialist – French Speaker (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Talent Acquisition Specialist who is fluent in French and English to join our Dubai office. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for a variety of positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interview techniques.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
• Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company’s value proposition.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
