Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Executive)

About the role

YOOCHA MATCHA™ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all departments, supporting its rapid growth in the GCC. The role involves building a strong talent pipeline and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple departments, from interns to managers.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and social media.
• Screen applicants, shortlist profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer and share candidate assessments.
• Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand precise hiring requirements.
• Represent YOOCHA MATCHA™ at industry and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and currently based in the UAE.
