Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client, a leading online trading platform, is looking for a tech‑savvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for complex, hard‑to‑fill positions across multiple geographies. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract high‑calibre talent and ensure hiring quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead search strategies for specialist roles in engineering, compliance, trading, and operations.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using AI tools, market mapping and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate assessments using the internal SATI framework.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring standards.
• Challenge unrealistic expectations while maintaining hiring quality.
• Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and drive offer management, including counter‑offer navigation.
• Identify inefficiencies in recruitment workflows and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in fast‑paced or global environments.
• Proven success closing niche or hard‑to‑find roles.
• Strong sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Confident stakeholder management with the ability to give constructive feedback.
• Sound judgment in assessing candidate potential, cultural fit and long‑term suitability.
• Comfortable operating in evolving processes and ambiguous environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑maker with strong human intuition.
