About the role

Enclave Real Estate, a leading award‑winning real‑estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its multinational team. You will drive the full recruitment cycle, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates using hiring platforms, networking events, and headhunting techniques.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist applicants to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Support onboarding activities and prepare necessary hiring documentation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of recruitment or sales experience within the real‑estate sector.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hiring platforms and proven headhunting experience.
• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Multilingual ability is a plus.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
