Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for assigned positions in the United Arab Emirates, partnering with hiring managers and the broader TA team to attract and secure high‑quality talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding hand‑over.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial interviews, coordinate interview logistics and guide candidates and managers through each stage.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives such as job fairs and campus events.
• Track and report recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
• Contribute to Emiratization, diversity and inclusion objectives through unbiased sourcing and selection.
