Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Taileem is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its group‑wide recruitment strategy across schools and central office functions. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring while building proactive talent pipelines and partnering with senior stakeholders to meet workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for academic, leadership, corporate and operational roles.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, networking, university engagement and targeted campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers, school leaders and HR teams to understand workforce planning and vacancy forecasts.
• Conduct market research, salary benchmarking and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions.
• Support initiatives to reduce agency reliance and strengthen Taaleem’s employer brand.
• Manage recruitment marketing activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns and talent attraction events.
• Produce recruitment analytics and workforce planning insights for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes for teaching, leadership, ancillary and corporate positions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, preferably within education or corporate environments.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and HR partners.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to compliance requirements.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – administration and super‑user capabilities.
