About the role

We are a four‑year‑old luxury real‑estate agency seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for secondary‑market brokers and support senior management with talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract high‑performing secondary‑market brokers.
• Conduct cold outreach, screen applicants, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Maintain and update the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with business growth.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience within the real‑estate industry.
• Proven track record recruiting real‑estate brokers, preferably in the secondary market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confident in cold calling and proactive candidate sourcing.
• Highly organised, resilient, and target‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
