Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for large‑scale sports and live events across the GCC. The role demands fast, high‑quality sourcing, the ability to juggle multiple vacancies, and strong stakeholder partnership under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role briefing to offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and priorities.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and direct headhunting.
• Recruit for a wide range of event‑related functions, including technical services, operations, logistics, security, engineering, finance and HR.
• Conduct competency‑based screenings and interviews, prepare candidate summaries and present shortlists.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and managers.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the offer process.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and keep ATS records up to date.
• Map talent markets, support employer branding and stay informed on industry salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or high‑volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for sports events, major events, engineering, construction or related sectors is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
