Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Unique Properties is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of top‑performing real estate professionals. You will be responsible for scaling our sales force across both off‑plan and secondary market divisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Property Consultants and other real‑estate roles.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for Off‑Plan and Secondary Market divisions.
• Post and manage job advertisements on LinkedIn, Dubizzle, Indeed, Bayut and other platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Sales Directors and HR to forecast hiring requirements.
• Implement and optimise recruitment tools, tracking sheets and reporting dashboards.
• Enhance employer branding through creative recruitment campaigns and professional candidate communication.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and management teams.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dubizzle and Indeed.
