Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives recruitment and hiring across multiple entities, ensuring the organization attracts and retains qualified talent. This role partners with internal and external stakeholders to streamline hiring processes and strengthen the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Update and maintain a weekly recruitment tracker and applicant tracking list for all open positions.
• Conduct monthly workforce planning meetings with department heads to align manpower requisitions with hiring needs.
• Review quarterly market‑based compensation reports and flag discrepancies.
• Implement initiatives to reduce turnover and improve employee retention, including mentorship and new‑hire support.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to create recruitment projects, track applicants, schedule interviews, send notifications, and update evaluation forms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize interview feedback and communicate decisions promptly.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Support employer‑branding activities such as career fairs and social‑media campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s or HR certification is a plus).
• 5‑6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a multi‑entity or group environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
