Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Imperium Group’s growing team. The role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, attract top‑tier talent and partner with hiring managers across multiple business functions in a fast‑paced consultancy environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from workforce planning and job briefing through offer management and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search, professional networks, referrals, agencies and other channels.
• Identify and engage passive talent for critical and future hiring needs.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and present detailed candidate assessments to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Lead salary discussions and negotiate offers in line with company guidelines and market benchmarks.
• Develop talent pipelines for strategic and hard‑to‑fill positions and produce recruitment metrics reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and maintain accurate ATS records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of talent acquisition experience within the UAE.
• Proven track record recruiting for technical, engineering, architecture, design, commercial, corporate and executive‑level roles.
• Experience in consultancy, construction, architecture, engineering, real‑estate or luxury sectors is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
