Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full‑cycle recruiting for restaurant positions, ranging from hourly staff to management roles. Working closely with restaurant leadership, you will ensure a steady pipeline of high‑quality candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for front‑of‑house, back‑of‑house, supervisory, management and support roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and operations leaders to define staffing needs and hiring plans.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and community events.
• Conduct high‑volume screening, interviews and hiring events, and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and support onboarding, including offer letters and new‑hire paperwork.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, turnover trends and hiring effectiveness.
• Promote the employer brand at job fairs and community events.

Required profile

• 2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in restaurant or hospitality settings.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and workforce challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Data‑driven mindset with capacity to analyze hiring trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Experience using online recruiting tools and job boards.
