Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Scry AI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for both technical and business positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for every applicant.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non‑technical roles, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Review applications, conduct initial assessments and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panels.
• Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the process to ensure a great experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide market insights and support hiring decisions.
• Promote Scry AI’s employer brand across recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track recruitment metrics.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and hiring standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills across multiple job functions.
• Proactive, relationship‑driven and passionate about matching talent with opportunities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
• Ability to source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and social media.
