About the role

We are a well‑established multispecialty hospital seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our clinical and non‑clinical recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in healthcare hiring and a hands‑on approach to end‑to‑end recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for clinical positions, including physicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce requirements.
• Actively headhunt and source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and professional networks.
• Screen, assess, and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing through the offer stage.
• Support compliance with hiring standards, documentation, and timelines.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment (hospital or healthcare group preferred).
• Proven track record hiring nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
• Strong hands‑on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct sourcing/headhunting.
• Proficiency in Excel for recruitment tracking, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
