Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist drives the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, ensuring high‑quality hires and a positive candidate experience. Working closely with hiring managers and the broader talent acquisition team, the role supports business objectives through timely and effective hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition approval to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job boards, databases, social media, employee referrals and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives such as job fairs and social media campaigns.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements.
• Promote Emiratization, diversity and inclusion through unbiased sourcing and selection.
