Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

EDGE Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process across technical, engineering, specialist and corporate functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, reference checks, offer management and onboarding.
• Lead recruitment activities for technical, engineering, specialist and corporate positions, ensuring vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for high‑volume and niche hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, challenges and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting for specialised, technical, engineering and corporate roles.
• Strong ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms and professional networks for sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder partnership and communication abilities.
