Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a steady pipeline of high‑quality candidates for our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for both candidates and hiring managers, driving successful placements across various roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, delivering curated shortlists to clients.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact to offer negotiation and placement.
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the acceptance process.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the company’s CRM and recruitment systems.
• Achieve agreed activity, revenue and placement targets.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• High energy, passion for recruitment and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
