Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for professional, technical and mid‑level positions across our business units in the UAE. The role partners with hiring managers and supports Emiratization and workforce planning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer issuance.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals and recruitment partners.
• Screen candidates, conduct structured and competency‑based interviews, and assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and selection processes with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure vacancies are closed in line with manpower plans and recruitment targets.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to inform talent decisions.
• Support Emiratization initiatives and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and recruitment policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track metrics such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field.
• 5‑7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in diversified, industrial or large‑scale organisations.
• Proven track record recruiting specialised and professional roles across multiple functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labour regulations and Emiratization programmes is an advantage.

• Ability to analyse recruitment data and generate reports.
