Talent Acquisition Specialist – Media

About the role

Robot24.com is a fast‑growing global news platform focused on robotics. We are expanding our field network and in‑house team and need a Talent Acquisition Specialist with media‑industry experience to quickly identify, approach and recruit top talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively headhunt freelance journalists, on‑camera correspondents and videographers across key global markets.
• Recruit specialist in‑house media talent for editorial, social media, content, video production, growth, research and operations roles.
• Use advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques, Boolean searches, talent mapping and targeted outreach.
• Identify the most effective sourcing channels for each role and market, including platforms such as Upwork, Instagram and niche media communities.
• Screen and evaluate high volumes of CVs and profiles, conduct first‑round interviews and build targeted shortlists.
• Maintain organized recruitment processes, candidate databases and pipelines for recurring or hard‑to‑fill positions.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience within the media industry (digital media, news, publishing, journalism, social media, content or video production).
• Deep understanding of media‑specific roles such as journalist vs. content creator, videographer vs. video editor, and social media manager vs. growth specialist.
• Ability to work fast, be resourceful, persistent and highly organized in a high‑volume, fast‑changing environment.
