Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role
MTS Group is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with a solid background in the real estate sector to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and support HR operations across multiple departments in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for real estate agents, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and attendance systems.
- Assist with payroll preparation, leave management, and HR policy implementation.
- Support performance evaluation cycles and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
- Strong understanding of real‑estate recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from 5,000 to 8,000 AED per month.
