Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

Imperial Sky Realty is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for its fast‑growing real‑estate consultancy in Dubai. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain and update talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Post job advertisements, manage applicant tracking system entries, and conduct reference checks.
• Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at networking or career events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to attract high‑caliber professionals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai’s real‑estate sector as a Human Resources Manager or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Proven ability to execute full‑life‑cycle recruiting from requisition to offer.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven real‑estate or sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to professional, inclusive, and non‑discriminatory hiring practices.
