Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate)

About the role

Oia Properties, a leading real‑estate agency in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for its property‑focused teams and corporate support functions. The role will focus on sourcing, assessing and hiring high‑performing real‑estate professionals in a fast‑paced, commission‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding.
• Recruit Property Consultants, Sales Agents, Leasing Agents and management positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with department heads to define manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Conduct candidate assessments for skills, experience, cultural fit and UAE regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Track recruitment metrics, prepare hiring reports and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
• Strengthen employer branding to position Oia Properties as an employer of choice.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a UAE real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong understanding of commission‑based hiring, agent structures and real‑estate licensing requirements.
• Proven ability to source high‑performing sales talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
