Talent Acquisition Specialist – Real Estate Recruitment

About the role

One Investments, a fast‑growing real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment for property consultants, brokers and support staff. The role focuses on sourcing top talent in the competitive UAE real‑estate market and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract real‑estate professionals via LinkedIn, job portals, networking and referrals.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and keep recruitment trackers up to date.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of talent acquisition or recruitment experience within Dubai real‑estate.
• Strong understanding of the UAE property market and real‑estate roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using major job portals for sourcing.
