Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
