Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support end‑to‑end hiring for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Outlook.
