Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting while ensuring efficiency and high quality throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and prepare new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
