Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our client’s hiring needs. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to source, engage and hire qualified candidates across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation for successful hires.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
