Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and manage new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
