Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. This full‑time remote role focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, ensuring efficiency and high quality throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful hires.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
