Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. The remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality candidate pipeline for diverse open roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
