Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely for a leading technology client. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build pipelines, and drive full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and prepare new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or associate recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
