Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to full‑cycle recruiting with an emphasis on efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and prepare new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
