Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely for a global technology leader. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to source, engage and hire qualified candidates across the organization, supporting full‑cycle recruiting with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
