Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely and support a global technology leader. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive efficient, high‑quality hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices.

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Outlook.
• Microsoft Office Suite.
