Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and manage new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
