Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader in sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. Working remotely, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build strong candidate pipelines across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
